- The management summary meeting of AIHUA Company in 2016 were held grandly

On January 7th and 8th, 2010,the work conference -" the summary of 2016 and outlook of 2017" about AIHUA was held in the new conference room of the company,the leaders of the head office and the branch of the company attended the meeting.The theme of this conference are summary, study, discussion, appointment, outlook, oath.

On the morning of 7 January, the general assembly kicked off in the majestic "national anthem". First of all, Mr. ChenAihua,the Chairman of the Board, thanked everyone for their busy schedule and attended the annual meeting. He briefed the guests on the purpose and significance of convening this conference.

Summary · Study · Discussion is the theme of the first day meeting. At the meeting, the deputy general manager of the company focused on the head office qualification, credit learning and application;the deputy general manager,chief engineer HuangGuoqiang do a explanation about "unique two-dimensional code data audit, archiving and sending",an academic report about "Monitoring",the report of "large project management process"and take "AIHUA survey management system" platform to solve the needs of the branch of the operating process to do a specific explanation of learning;the business manager, HuangWenxin learned "common terms and provisions of the tender invalid file format” together with others;the manager of the Jiangmen branch,Zhu Runhua  made a special report on the formulation of the scope of water conservancy project management and protection; the manager of Zhaoqing branch,ShiBaoli made a speech of "the names of the census data transformation",the deputy general manager,Mr. Zhang Wei,made the relevant regulations on the implementation of Star Management among branch companies;the information Technology Department Deputy Manager,NanZhiyong made a topic lecture on "UAV low altitude photogrammetry and remote sensing";deputy chief engineer,Mr. MoWeisheng did a application report about "pipe network CCTV, QV" and geological radar.

In the part of branch representative speeching,Jianghan branch XieZhong, Tianjin branch LiHongshen,Xinjiang branch ZhangXiaohui,Anhui branch ZhuHaiyan,Guizhou branch WangXianju, Jilin branch WangJianguo came to speak in order,introduced management and business development of their respective branches. In the free speech communication links,we all hope to strengthen the management and guidance of the branch in the quality management and business development and other aspects in the future, hope to strengthen exchanges between branches interaction to achieve resource sharing and common development.

Mr. Chen Aihua, Chairman of the Board, made a concluding speech before the end of the day. He stressed that branch and head office are a whole, the company  provides guidance and services for branches,the branch maintain the brand of AIHUA survey consciously.The chairman of the board also interpretation of the  "190 culture" of the company,he hope that we really understand the meaning of the company's corporate cultureand then transfer the corporate culture to productive forces.

Appointment · Outlook · Oath is the subject of the second day of the meeting. At 9:00 on January 8th, the meeting started in the majestic "Aihua mapping song".First of all,Chairman ChenAihua read"The appointment documents about senior leadership of AIHUA in 2017",we gave warm applause to congratulate the senior leaders in the New Year. Then issued”Integrity Undertaking Agreement”  and”Agreement”,we signed on them after reading carefully without objection.

Before the ending, the chairman ChenAihua sum up the speech about"work together,overcome difficulties,to build AIHUA aircraft carrier, striving for first-class surveying industry". The main content of the summary contains three points:1, horizontal interaction, vertical dig deep and strive to create a win-win cooperation and business situation;2,advancing with the times, and constantly improve the bidding and occupy the market competitiveness;3,ensure head office and branches synchronization, healthy, long-term development.

"Under the leadership of Mr.ChenAihua,the new leaders reviewed the high-level leadership inauguration of the oath of the company. Solemn and sacred sworn not only strengthened everyone's sense of mission and responsibility again, but also strengthen the faith of same fate with AIHUA.
