In the afternoon of 14th September , 2016, the employee conference was held in conference room.The senior leadership of corporation and the representatives of employees attended the meeting.

Because we all very busy on weekdays,so the meeting was in the form of tea. The purpose is to let everyone can have a relax communication and express their aspirations.

The meeting held by the chairman,Chen Aihua.First,the chairman,Mr. Chen Aihua made a simple explanation of company's activities include training, qualification and business in the first half year. Then introduced the company’s  plan and the work need to do in the second half year,at the same time, safety production also emphasized and explained. Finally, signed labor contracts.

The chairman reiterated specifically that the next two years is the key.Called on everyone to carry forward the AIHUA spirit and in order to build a better tomorrow  dedicated ourselves.

At the meeting,we expressed holiday blessings.The chief engineer,Mr.Huang Guoqiang said that the foundation of company is good,the future will be bright.I hope you all do well in your work, and work together to share the fruits of victory.The meeting consolidated its thinking, recognized the situation, defined its objectives and enhanced the confidence of all employees to the company’s future.
